Francis Horacek
Francis has worked in the Commonwealth Department of Environment (now Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environmental and Water) for over 12 years, primarily in environmental water management. The last 5 years he has worked for the Commonwealth Environmental Water Holder in environmental water delivery and most recently reviewing the funding of infrastructure projects under the CEWH’s Environmental Activities Framework (CEAF) to improve the outcomes of environmental watering activities.
